Riad Etoile d'Essaouira

Séjour d'un jour dans un riadh situé au cœur de la Médina dans une zone très animée. Néanmoins, la chambre était très bien insonorisée, ce qui nous a permis de passer une nuit tranquille. Cependant la literie gagnerait à être améliorée. L’accueil était courtois et sympathique. Le petit-déjeuner copieux et le personnel aux petits soins. Ridh à recommander.

Séjour agréable et calme dans cet établissement. Ménage et rangement de la chambre quotidiens. Petit déjeuner sympa servi avec le sourire.

Riad´en ligger midt inde i medinaen, hvilket betyder, at man er tæt på det hele, men det er også meget overvældende. Personalet er venligt og hjælpsomt. Der er dét, der skal være, men heller ikke mere. Wifi på det værelse, jeg var på, var ikke idéelt, bedst på fællesområdet på etagen.

Mooi hostel met goeie WiFi en de eerste warme douche die goed warm werd en bleef na 10 dagen Marokko. Midden in de soek dus wel moeilijk te vinden, maar wel meteen 's ochtends tussen alle winkels en ontbijttentjes.

Based on my riad experiences in Marrakech, I was a bit let down by the Riad Etoile d'Essaouira. The check in area was a bit rushed and they tried to charge me much more than my rate. They also wouldn't allow me to pay with credit card or US dollars which was frustrating because I was on my second to last day and didn't have much cash left in dirhams. The area was fine, it's in the middle of the main shopping area and was fairly quiet at night. The view from the rooftop was rather nice and the breakfast was good. Overall, I think a three star rating is accurate.

We spent two nights in this Riad that we booked at the last minute and that was the cheapest option we found. We were surprised to find a very nice and clean Riad in the Medina of Essaouira. The rich breakfast was included and the wi-fi worked perfectly in the room. Just the size of the rooms is quite small. Not a big deal for us

Overall very good hotel, a little over cost, needs better directions since no street signs and no one understood street names when said in English. Asked for TV remote control twice, never given, but never used TV so no big deal. Centrally located with fairly nice terrace. Staff quite friendly.

Douche sans pression. L'eau se coupe au milieu de la douche.. Impossible de finir sa douche. La télévision ne fonctionne pas. Petit déjeuné décevant. Un verre de jus d'orange, du thé, un petit pain au chocolat, une crêpe et un oeuf. Impossible de se reservir et si on demande quelque chose en plus on nous dit qui a plus rien. Reveil matinal par manque de rideau opaque. Ne conseil pas du tout ce riad. Aucun charme, aucun service...

Riad bien placé. Terrasse très agréable. Chambre ultra standard qui sent un peu l'humidité. Le staff est ok. Pas d'intérêt particulier mais vraiment pas cher et fait l'affaire pour un court séjour.
