"Great location to meet up with friends"

Location, gardens, view and proximity to shops

It was tired. The spa was old and cracked with crumbling backrests, there was water damage in a few places, the carpet was stained and fraying, one of the dining room chairs had a wobbly leg. Some tiles were stained. The bench on the spa level was weathered and old. The glass around the shower in the main bedroom was stained.
