"My return visit was very mediocre compared to my first visit."

As a return customer, I liked the layout and externally having plenty of outdoor entertaining area.

It was obviously not cleaned, bathroom mirrors, shower screens, bedside tables sticky, TV had many hand marks, kitchen benches needed wiping over prior to putting our food out. The kitchen rubbish bin was unclean when I removed our rubbish. The allocated dishwasher tablet did not fit the dispenser, clearly needs checking. We are nurses and cleaners, very aware of hygiene and cleanliness. We went to use the outdoor shower by the pool and the shower head had been taken away. We were assured by your Receptionist, you have a quality assured system in place however I believe this needs some immediate attention. I think on this occasion, the room was overpriced for the condition it was in!
