The property is conveniently located near lots of shopping and dining options. The room had a beautiful view of where the river meets the sea and is next to a wonderful park/beach area. There is an underground parking area which provided a secure location to park my vehicle. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Friendly and helpful staff

You can’t beat the location. A perfect spot to enjoy Cotton Tree. Karen was a lovely host who had keys and room available for early access so I could get on and start my weekend.

No breakfast

The taps in bathroom were dated and not working properly. Wardrobe door hard to close.

Eventually we got the grade of room we had booked but it as a studio room and we had booked one bedroom unit. We had a nice view and the unit was spacious Position was excellent.

We were assigned the wrong room which had no view except a wall and a carport. We had to get the manager to sort this out. When we got our room with a view ( as per request and price charged) there were clothes in the wardrobe. This was on a Sunday. On Monday we were awakened to the sounds of construction. These continued throughout the days we were there. It was so loud we had to go out to escape. We were not informed that this would be happening. It was a unit being renovated below ours.
