I booked 4 nights in advance with confirmation that I had unit 25 upstairs as requested...but on arrival a nite was left saying I was in unit 11 downstairs and to be honest a room clearly used for truckers! (Shabby furniture, unclean floors, no curtain for privacy in the bathroom and broken curtsin on fro t door) Because there is no one to answer calls...I had to wait till the next day...I was given another room upstairs which was much more suitable for a woman! The only real issue with this room was 3 windows had broken latches so unable to be closed therefore no soundproofing!! The truckers park their trucks in the carpark which is quite noisy. Soundproof means just that and it clearly wasn't. When I pay a higher price for a room, I expect to get what I ask for including a clean well presented room. My ratings reflect the second room definitely not the first.

I didn't like that there was no mention of the complex being used for truckers and their trucks. Broken windows latches and not getting the unit requested and confirmed by the manager 3 weeks prior. Not being able to contact someone until the next day.

Special thanks to our private escort ( the young red headed gentleman) who got our key, ensured we knew where our room was and where we could park.

Wir bewohnten das Deluxe App. 25: Sehr bequeme Betten - wir haben trotz Straßenbauarbeiten, die die ganze Nacht dauerten, gut geschlafen. Große Dusche mit gutem Wasserdruck, allerdings undicht. Küche mit Geschirr gut ausgestattet. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter.

Alles in allem sehr abgewohnt. Gardinen hatten Risse, ebenso der Bettüberwurf. Es gab eine doppelte Kochplatte, aber keinen Topf. Als Deluxe würde ich das nicht bezeichnen. Das App. liegt im 2. Stock ganz am Ende des Ganges, das bedeutete, dass wir unser Gepäck sehr weit tragen mussten.
