Very easy to find. Very comfortable, clean and tidy.

The traffic noise was quiet loud. Also the TV was difficult to work and would keep freezing. No normal TV.

Shower door broken and almost falling off. Shower nozzle loose and floppy, also sprayed out door when setting water temperature.

I was very impressed by the communication and the cleanliness of Ascot Motel. We added on a final night to our holiday in Oamaru and it was the cheapest night by far, so my expectations were pretty low to be honest. Turned out to have the most comfortable beds we had all week, the kitchenette set up was great and we even had a basketball hoop right outside our room.... it was like they knew my son was coming! Haha. I received a phone call in the middle of the night that changed my life forever and when I spoke to reception in the morning, without hesitation, they extended our check out time so I could make arrangements. Thank you so much for the kindness that was shown. I will be forever grateful. We'll be back one day to visit all the places we missed out on.

Great to see the improvements that have been made. Much better

The floor of the shower is very slippery, quite dangerous for older people in particular. I recommend a not slip mat be provided
