"I donโ€™t believe that the tarrif charge represents good value for the unit"

A secure property relatively close to shops and restaurants. Within short walk to the beach beachfront walkway.

The unit is close to the main road and traffic noise is quite significant even when all doors and windows are closed.

Great location very close to beachfront and all shops and cafes. Free parking undercover and apartment was spacious and comfortable.

Getting from apartment to lift and out to street is exposed to the weather - it was really rainy so it was a bit of a slip hazard if not careful. Clothes Dryer in my room was old, noisy and took a long time to dry clothes - needs replacing.
