We liked everything

We are a family with three children (aged between 11 and 18) and stayed for five nights in one of the three-bedroom apartments (Unit 13). First of all, it must be said that the three-bedroom apartment has air conditioning only in the living room. None of the three bedrooms has air conditioning—only ceiling fans. In one of the bedrooms in particular, the fan was not sufficient to provide satisfactory cooling. The cooling in the living room was adequate (the living and dining area is very large), but we were very disappointed that an apartment has only one air-conditioning unit in the living room. This is a major drawback for accommodation in December. The apartment was very spacious and equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils. Each bedroom has access to a balcony, and there are two additional balconies accessible from the living room. One of these balconies features a Weber barbecue grill. The pool area is rather small, but it includes a large barbecue area and even seating where you can eat directly in the pool. We did not use the pool; instead, we preferred to drive a few minutes to the nearby beach close to Hastings Street. The apartment complex is not located in the city, but it is still well situated and within walking distance of the river. The area is very quiet, and at the back there is a large caravan park with plenty of green space. The staff were very helpful, and the check-in process after reception hours went smoothly without any issues

Very comfortable and clean. Nice car parking. Good washing machine and dryer. Beautiful place.

Location was great and the room was spacious, cleanliness was good for most of the apartment. Owners provided us with great instructions and if you needed help you can get in touch with them very easily.

The master bedrooms bathroom was not cleaned properly, we did see some lingering hairs around the bathroom so I opted to use the second main bathroom instead as that was cleaner and looked newly renovated. In terms of rubbish collection, it would be great for the cleaners to take the rubbish bin out instead of guests.

The apartment was huge and very comfortable. The kitchen has plenty of utensils for cooking. There are good barbq facilities The pool is very good with plenty of sunbeds Parking was good. Undercover and secure The managers are really friendly. We were late arriving and he still came out to meet and make us feel welcome.
