Good location for our needs.

The main bathroom smelled badly and hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. While spacious , the apartment had not been updated for many years and felt very outdated. The bedding was old and past it’s use-by date. Getting in an out of the security gate was fiddly (key operated) and frustrating. Overall it was not up to the expected standard for a $450+ per night unit. Needs to be upgraded substantially, especially the decor which includes original carpets and bathroom fittings well over 20 years old.

The location was perfect. We loved the balcony overlooking the river. Very spacious apartment. Free parking! Comfortable beds. Gardens very neat and tidy. Friendly staff. Very close to restaurants and cafes. Walking distance to playground. Couldn't fault the location.

We were not given enough notice before our check in that there is no onsite reception, so we got lost and found our arrival a little frustrating. Fortunately the phone was answered by an offsite manager when we rang, and they talked us through the process. It was winter when we stayed and the heating was not adequate. Only 1 heater in the main living area and even that didn't work well. Although the apartment is quite large, the bathrooms are tiny! The main was smaller than the ensuite. The description for the 3 bedroom apartment said there would be a BBQ in our room, so we were expecting to have one on our balcony. But there wasn't. The BBQ in the common area was dirty and the lighting didn't work so we couldn't BBQ at night.
