"Room was dirty and Low maintenance"

Nice hotel good breakfast and restaurant Recommend for family , good aqua park. The problem was the room that not clean and get kids bed sofa that Borken from long time . And when opend the sofa bed found there also Garbage. The guest service was poor .

Как всегда все хорошо. Зимой в Ривьере нет толп туристов с аквапарка. Остался на дополнительную ночь. Отличный завтрак. Хороший вид на Казань

"Voyage à Kazan"

Séjour dans le cadre professionnel, agréable d'aller se relaxer à l'Aquapark dont le prix d'entrée était inclus avec la réservation de la chamber. Petit dejeuner buffet copieux. Literie très confortable et plusieurs restaurants à proximité.

"Nice hotel."

Nice hotel. Great price as waterpark entrance is included in price. Resteraunt food choice is limited but good quality and price. Receptionist was really helpful. She spoke English and helped us order a pizza to be delivered to our room from papa Johns as they don't have pizza in the hotel. Water park is great.

"Riverside resort in Kazan"

Riviera is a very popular choice with Russian tourists in the summer. As we stayed over the weekend, the adjoining pool and aqua park facilities were extremely busy, and the hotel was really full which you noticed at check in/check out and at breakfast. Apart from the number of guests, the hotel was still enjoyable and my children had a great time using all the facilities and other non-included attractions like the ferris wheel.

Все хорошо, но два момента испортили впечатление. Первый - это аквапарк. Мы первый раз там. Зашли в аквапарк и не знаем с чего начать. Нет ни указателей, ни плана расположения. Пришлось ходить полчаса, исследовать откуда и куда можно скатываться. Можно было на входе и в номерах разложить небольшие листовочки с планом аквапарка. Второй момент - это завтрак. Много народу, сесть некуда, ходили кругами минут десять, искали свободный стол.
