The unit was spacious, very clean & well equipped

We stayed here to go to a concert & when we got back to our room learnt that out fridge did not work at all so our cold drinks we were looking forward to were actually hotter than when we put in fridge. Our back door did not lock either. I did inform staff & have had no response, feedback or contact from management to follow up with our concerns.

THE WORST HOTEL IN BRISBANE MORE RULES THAN YOUR EX- GIRLFREIND MORE CHARGES THAN AMERICAN EXPRESS AIR CON IN ROOM ABOVE VIBRATED THEN ENTIRE ROOM I HAD. MANAGEMENT GAVE NO F A RKS . ADVERTISED AS DOUBLE/KING BED BUT THEY JUST GIVE YOU TWO SINGLE PUSHED TOGETHER... IF MOM AND POP WERET SO BUSY INSTALLING SPY CAMERA EVERYWHERE THEY WOULD OF ACTUALLY NOTICED ALLMOST ALL T HIER CUSTOMERS WERE PISSED OFF. -10000000 STARS IF I COULD.
