Wasn’t able to check in as no wheelchair friendly would love to talk about refund

I like the location - close to University of Queensland. It was relatively quiet aside the first night (noisy people upstairs). I like that it is well lit and I did not feel unsafe coming back in the evening after work functions etc.

The staff member of the Monday was vague and didn't really seem interested in my booking, or the questions I had. It was the first time I had stayed there and so wasn't sure of a few details. Secondly, despite checking out, I have yet to receive a receipt for my stay which I asked for twice while there.

Location was great and easy to get to. Reception staff were excellent.

Less noise from floor above. Could hear the footsteps most of the time. Not really enough to worry about but you needed me to write something.

It was good for the price and proximity to everything

very clean, spacious and quiet. Really nice room, well maintained, good value for money. car parking was an extra $15 which was unfortunate and made it a bit too expensive.

I locked myself out of my room due to being in a rush to leave. Didn’t realise until I returned home at 2120. Unfortunately the number on office rang out x 2. I tried another number which answered, took 15 minutes for someone to arrive and let me in. I was charged $50 for this service. I understand it was my fault, but I was on my own, it was an honest mistake and not having a reception service made things difficult for me and to be charged so much to unlock my door after the $235 plus $15 parking I’d already paid for my studio was very excessive. Unfortunately this lack and cost of onsite service means I’ll stay in a hotel next time for my safety if I’m travelling solo.
