Staff ….first and foremost they all gave us a very warm welcome. Let us know the facilities & timings during our stay while we had a drink and afternoon tea.

It was an all round great property, nothing would stop us returning.

Room was lovely. Great bathroom. Beautiful views. Breakfast was amazing. Bed comfortable. The wellness area was lovely although closed early (7pm...)

THE CLUB IN THE BASEMENT!!!!! Til 2am, two nights out of 4 were by far NOT relaxing at all. Had as little as 4 hours sleep during a 'relaxing' holiday. This is simply unacceptable. We were on the floor and could hear the bass from the 'Josl Keller'... i don't want to know what it would be like from 1st floor rooms!! Really cannot be... you sell a wellness hotel and you get no sleep. I understand people want to apres-ski, but then open at 7pm and close at midnight! not at 3am...... UNACCEPTABLE!
