It’s shabby and is in dire need of updating. the appliances and hot water cylinder make noises all thru the night. When the taps turn on and off in the bathroom it banged thru the unit. The Curtains fell off, electrical sockets hanging out in bathroom exposing wires, Went to use the stand up fan and discovered it was tucked in the corner as only had two legs so it couldn’t stand by itself. Considering the money the rooms cost surely they could upgrade a fan…. As there is no aircon and some windows are hard to open they do need fans. We had 5 rooms and there was something wrong in every one . Parking was difficult as some parks were coned off needing work done so even though we had 5 rooms we struggled to get an allocated park I travel a lot and wouldn’t bother complaining over a thing or two … but over 5 rooms …..

Great location lots of space, friendly and helpful staff, well equipped

Beds were too soft and we found them uncomfortable, bathroom door had no lock and was in main bedroom which made sharing a bit awkward.

The spacious room I had booked was more than expected.

We were disappointed with the room and facilities at Camelot. I don’t normally leave reviews but I think this hotel needs to take heed of some of the feedback left by guests as it seems they are acknowledging but not rectifying issues. It is an older style lodge and that doesn’t bother me, but it not being maintained to an acceptable standard. I don’t know if our room was particularly bad or if they are all like this. We were in a 2 bed apartment. Staff were friendly and can’t fault them but accomodation standard was poor.

Our room was dingy and musty smelling. It had very old carpet, which was ripped and worn - I think predated smoking legislation and had an awful smoky smell which permeated our clothing. There may also have been damp issues. The smell was very off putting. Bathrooms were damp and run down. No fans or heaters in bathrooms. Beds were bouncy. One single bed next to the mezzanine stairwell was a safety hazard for children. Room lacked privacy - a tour bus from the neighbouring hotel was regularly parked right outside our living room window. Sofa was old and uncomfortable - a wooden board had been used to bolster failing springs and the cushions kept falling off. Laundry room facility was dirty and off-putting. Old coin operated machines with 30min cycles left clothes unclean. At a minimum this room needs new carpet - please consider this with urgency.

Super endroit , Cétait très bien pour 3 personnes pour 2 jours mais pas plus.

La porte de douches gonfle avec le froid alors obligé de dormir avec la porte ouverte pour ne pas rester enfermé et revoir pour le produit de la douche pas pratique du tout et le porte-papier toilette qui s'ouvre souvent après chaque usage
