"The motel is fine for location & cleanliness, but there is room for improvement in customer service"

The location was good and convenient, and the room was reasonably clean. Wi-Fi was okay and met basic needs.

The wardrobe opening was very narrow, which made it difficult to use. The customer service was disappointing. I requested an early check-in (about 30 minutes earlier) at the time of booking, but this was refused. I know this is within their policy, however a little flexibility or willingness to accommodate the guests would have been appreciated. Because the request wasn’t accommodated, I had to adjust my travel plans, which resulted in delays to my meetings.

Lovely clean well decorated large room with bathroom with spa bath. Just beside town centre and allocated parking. Helpful that it had a laundry and outside drying area a real bonus. Helpful staff

Location, comfort and cleanliness. Comfortable bed and quality bedlinen and towels.

An observation.....tricky to get into the large spa bath to have a shower. Perhaps a grab handle would help.

Sehr schönes, neueres Studio. Top Einrichtung mit kleinem Gärtchen, super Sanitär und Küche. Gutes Bett. Sehr nahe am Zentrum. Wirklich empfehlenswert!
