Brigantine Inn

We were in the HMS ROSE Rm and the view was fabulous!

Had to drive around look for parking. Had to pay at the meter one you found a spot to park. Location was good since right across the wharf to see the ships. Good restaurant downstairs and staff were great. Could use a few blinds/curtain for the door to balcony. Good location.

I stayed here for one night and although the room and the bed were small, they were adequate for my needs. I arrived 2 hours early, but their 3pm check in policy is very strict, so I had to walk around Lunenburg for 2 hours. The hotel is in a great location, but street parking can be a challenge, depending on time of day, but in an old town like Lunenburg, that is to be expected. I stayed in room #6 Sceptre and access to my room was a little awkward for luggage, but not uncommon in an old building like this. Bathroom is nice, shower good. If I visit Lunenburg again, I would probably stay here again.

Right in the downtown area, tons of shops, restaurants, and waterfront within walking distance. Check-in at the restaurant was super easy. Also, the food and staff at the restaurant were amazing! I forgot an item in my room, and Jess was awesome, securing the item and ensuring it's safe return. Great stay!

We stayed 4 nights. The queen bed was very comfortable and the view of the waterfront and the Bluenose 11 was entertaining. We could walk everywhere and the Fisheries museum had just opened so we thoroughly enjoyed visiting it. Our room was a little tired and needed some small repairs. Some housekeeping items had been overlooked and items from the previous guest had been left behind. Overall the location is great and choice of dining is endless. Come prepared with change for the parking metres.

Room could have been cleaner , pics of rm were very deceiving , mattress was awful , for the price we have been getting great hotels all over Atlantic Canada

It was conveniently located. The room was on back side of inn and very hot. There was no AC. It had a window and a skylight window that were operable and a ceiling fan. We had to close the skylight at night since there was no screen and we were concerned bugs may fly in.
