"Fantastic 2-bedroom apartment"

The best equipped self-catering accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. Comfortable bed, fantastic shower. Homemade bread & cake along with milk, juice, butter & jam waiting for us in the kitchen. Few minutes walk to Clifden town centre. Great base for touring, we hiked Diamond Hill & Errisbeg at Roundstone, swam at Glassilaun beach & Gurteen beach, all less than half an hours drive. 100% recommend Buttermilk Lodge!

Great location, all facilities were there. Very friendly hosts and a very quiet neighbourhood. Private parking at the stay. Definitely exceeded our expectations. If we will come back, we would definitely stay there again!

"Brilliant stay in Clifden"

Lovely location easy to walk to Clifden. Lots of space and the kitchen was very well equipped. Very clean and the staff were excellent and recommended some great pubs for music.

"A great place to stay"

Location, warm, clean and well equipped and comfortable

Wash basin in bedroom instead of bathroom was a minor inconvenience but everything else was lovely
