"Not impressed, she could have been a little accomodating."

I made an onist mistake apon booking, was a last minute booking on my way there. Overlooked the security part, no secure parking and I couldn't leave my vehicle in the street. Had expensive equipment on my bakkie that needed secure parking. She would not budge, just said sorry not her problem. Didn't even try to assist me to mabe store my stuff somewhere. I had to find alternative accomodation, and she refused to refund me anything! She could have given me something and still make the room available for the night and I would have been ok with that.
