A fantastic location in the heart of the old city, couldn't be better. A charming hotel, I was made to feel very welcome and was looked after. Excellent breakfast.

"Location is great, rooms are very comfortable and clean and very friendly staff."

Location was great on the main Bergamo drag and very close to the town square. Property was very clean and the so were the rooms. Given the heatwave I was thankful the room had proper air conditioning which came in very handy. The breakfast was also varied and plenty. Friendly staff all around, especially at breakfast.

The elevator / lift was temperamental and didn’t always work when called. Spent more than 5 mins waiting for it at one point.

Beautiful location and location Staff were very friendly and helpful and made the stay even lovelier I would improve breakfast - not much selection - add more choices (eggs, sausages, yogurt) and more fruit selection.
