Suite à des nuisances sonores d'un bâtiment voisin à l'hôtel et à un des voisins de chambre, nous avons demandé à être installé dans une autre chambre. Notre demande a été réalisée immédiatement avec beaucoup de compréhension de la part de l'employé.

Le rqp et la situation

A notre arrivée nous avons payé la taxe de séjour mais on ne nous a pas dit qu'il fallait payer pour le chien. Un supplément nous a été réclamé a notre départ
