The receptionists were very nice, the Hotel could be actually excellent. It feels like it will go out of business soon

The heating was insufficient when working, but it was a nightmare after 10 AM when there was none at all. At a temperature of 1-3 Celsius outside, it was really freezing inside the room. For Winter time DO Not book there!

Nu am servit micul dejun, iar locatia este foarte bine amplasata aproape de centru.

Camera a fost foarte friguroasa. Desi seara s-a dat drumul la centrala , undeva spre miezul noptii au oprit centrala si cu caloriferele reci camera a fost friguroasa. Este drept ca exista aer conditionat si se poate folosi pe cald dar nu este eficient ca si incalzirea din calorifere.

Pozitionarea buna, aproape de centru.

Lipsa caldurii in camera. Prima noapte nu s-a dat caldura deloc, iar a doua doar putina caldura si aia cu program.

Alex persona molto accogliente, gentile ed educato, struttura con colazione giusta e stanze ben distribuite

Non é piaciuto molto il fatto di aver richiesto una stanza matrimoniale e invece c'erano due letti singoli anche se subito dopo hanno rimediato con l'aggiunta di un lettino in mezzo ai due singoli... Di notte molto caldo nella stanza ma del resto tutto piacevole
