Schöne Anlage und warmer Jacuzzi. Zimmer in Ordnung und sauber. Auto war bei der Abreise gewaschen.

Für 5 Sterne und eine so kleine Anlage war es sehr unpersönlich, es gab fast keinen Service. Generell haben wir uns gefragt, was hier die 5 Sterne rechtfertigt. Das Bett hat etwas gemuffelt. In Swellendam konnte man nicht viel machen (kann das Hotel nichts dafür).

"A must stay"

Stayed here for 1 night and we wished we were staying for more. Beautiful rooms, and grounds, staff very friendly and helpful, and fantastic restaurant next door. Absolutely loved our visit and hope to be back one day.

Lekker ontbijt en een goede tussenstop als je de Garden route rijdt.

De kamer was klein en wij vonden het geen 5 sterren hotel voor wat wij gewend zijn. Kamers waren gedateerd.

"Swellendam is een leuke tussenstop bij de tuinroute"

Accommodatie ligt net iets buiten het 'centrum' van Swellendam, maar dat weet je als je dit boekt. Gastheer was (net als het andere personeel) zeer vriendelijk, en regelde zelfs voor ons een tafeltje bij een Italiaans restaurant vlakbij. Dat was erg fijn, want het was best druk. Mooie, ruime kamer met uitzicht op de tuin/zwembad. Prima ontbijt; deels buffet en deels op bestelling. Ook leuk dat er o.a. springbokken en een zebra zijn. En wat een verrassing dat onze auto vlak voor vertrek compleet werd gewassen.
