A paid public car park is located in the streets adjacent to the hotel as well as a large car park with 470 spaces at the Esplanade du Paradis (payable from 9:00 a.m. to 10:15 p.m. at the tourist zone rate, see official website of the City of Lourdes ). Free parking further away is available: Parking Lapacca, (17 minutes on foot or bus service L3 => L5); Parking at Place Capdevielle in the town center (17 min walk or L5 bus service). Chambre et salle de bain très petits. Téléphone et lampe de chevet très mal positionnés (juste eu dessus de l’oreiller) Pas de frigo dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner très moyen

Staff was very helpful.

Mold in the bathroom on the bathroom tiles. Dust in the room. This is not 4* hotel. Maybe 3*.
