Hôtel confortable avec une très belle vue dans un cadre "restreint" agréable. Petit déjeuner de qualité mais doit améliorer sa restauration pour être conforme à ses prétentions.

Son environnement proche ne le favorise pas (villa et terrains autour de l'hôtel à l'état de ruines et jungle). C'est un gros point noir. Trés proche du centre ville. Je connaissais cet établissement mais il n'est plus à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles.

I like it~

Room was excellent with outside balcony. Had lunch at the hotel which was excellent. Service also brilliant. Buffet breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. This was our third visit to the hotel and we will always select this hotel when in Altea.

Hair dryer was not very powerful. Insufficient heat. However this is a Very minor issue. Cannot find any other fault with this hotel.

Seúl petit bémol l’accès Je vous recommande fortement d’y accéder par le bas plus facile et sans risque d’abîmer la voiture

Very good place, nice views, extremely helpful and nice staff!

Bad sounds insulation, could feel smells from kitchen in our room, not comfortable beds, old chairs by the pool, breakfast - disapointing.

La atención al cliente es muy formal y rápida. Las instalaciones están muy limpias y son acogedoras. La comida del restaurante es impresionante, me dejó sin palabras, todo estaba buenísimo.

La única pega es que por defecto el navegador GPS te pone la entrada por la parte de arriba, y para coches que no tengan una tracción muy alta tiene probabilidades de rozar la parte inferior del coche. Es mejor entrar por la parte baja, que tiene una pendiente más normal y no hay peligro.
