The room was very ugly and unclean and the AC was not enough for the space of the room, no gym in the hotel, was bad experience and will never try it again

This hotel is in a nice residential neighborhood but falls short in many ways. Although the concierge spoke English very well though and was helpful, these things were very disappointing: Air conditioning was not functional we had to call for adjustment (remote batteries were expired); there were no hangers in closet: some of the bathroom amenities had empty boxes, nothing inside; breakfast was very, very small; pool stair to come out of the water was broken and moving as you climb up.
