Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit moderner Ausstattung, perfekt für Frau/Kind/Hund + Willkommensgeschenk für unseren Vierbeiner. Lage zum Zentrum Riva del Garda gut und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten inkl. Supermarkt perfekt für eine Ferienwohnung in der Nähe. Schöner Pool in der Anlage verfügbar inkl. sehr nettes Personal.

Nowoczesny apartament, świetnie wyposażony. Pan na miejscu zawsze dostępny, widać jak dba niesamowicie o to, by było wszystkim wygodnie i czuli się dobrze. Miejsce położone przy najlepszych plażach w Rivie, w pobliżu restaurację, basen na miejscu robi robotę. Garaż na rowery, na większość samochodów przypada garaż podziemny, a jeżeli nie to i tak samochody stoją w cieniu. Dodatkowo mieliśmy na dole dostępny kawałek ogródka z leżakiem i stolikiem. Blisko ścieżki rowerowej, miejsce idealne!

Największa szkoda, że basen jest otwarty tylko w godzinach działania recepcji, poza tym top i na pewno wrócimy!

Location was great - in a quiet area and a 30 minute stroll to the ferry via the picturesque waterfront path, also the supermarket across the road was convenient. Free bike hire was appreciated although there was no puncture repair kit or pump available when we had a flat tyre. Apartment was furnished well with comfortable beds, lovely balcony and a fabulous rooftop area for enjoying the evening views with a few drinks. Fantastic pool which was much welcomed with the hot weather.

Biggest issue for us was the lack of facilities for self-catering, only bare minimum of cups/plates/cutlery etc which meant we could never fill the dishwasher and had to run it multiple times. An information pack from reception on arrival would have been useful as we had to ask about accessing the Trentino card, and the washing facilities which were available for a cost of €7 for washing and €3 for drying. You can also borrow an iron but there was no ironing board so we didn’t do this for fear of damaging the table. However all our questions were answered by reception and we were given extra towels for the pool and extra pillows on request so they were very helpful, just that we needed to keep popping down with our queries.

الموقع قريب منه مركز تسوق وقريب من الشاطئ والنظافه والمسبح أخذنا شقه بغرفتين وحمامين بلكونه في كل الغرف التكييف ممتاز

الغساله فقط برسوم ولايوجد بالشقه الموقع تقريبا 20 د من المدينه القديمه ( طبعا مشينا احنا😁)

It’s not far from the lake (~15 min walk), and it’s ~25 min walk to the city center. Peaceful neighborhood with restaurants, shops and supermarket nearby. Late check in and checkout were an option, really helpful

Rooms are very noisy. There is no sound isolation, and also if you have a room on the ground floor like we did, you hear people taking on the stairs and parking right behind the bedroom window. Babies cry, car engines start, people laugh, furniture being moved - you hear it all like it’s happening right by your bed. I’m attaching the window view from both bedrooms, if the curtains are not closed properly, you wake up and see people staring at you or the car at the parking spot starts the engine and blinds you with the lights (that was very unexpected ))) Towels were old and worn. Room design is like an office, not really cosy. Details not thought through well so many things are inconvenient, like bathroom door opening and hitting the toilet, or water licking below the shower door. Also we thought it’d be ok to have breakfast at the cafe as the hotel doesn’t offer that option. But that’s was really inconvenient, as many caffès in the area open late.
