Residence San Giusto

Siamo stati nel Monolocale Rosso per 4 notti e devo dire che nel complesso ci è piaciuto e siamo stati bene. Abbiamo usufruito del parcheggio a pagamento dell'hotel san giusto che si trova proprio a pochi passi e per fortuna, perchè nei dintorni non ci sono assolutamente parcheggi. In centro, ovvero in Piazza Unità d'Italia si potrebbe anche andare a piedi ma noi abbiamo preferito andarci in macchina e abbiamo sempre trovato posto per parcheggiare, ovviamente a pagamento (parcheggio S. Giusto).

Non mi sono piaciute tre cose : 1)Il fatto che per 4 Notti non sia previsto un servizio di pulizie e cambio asciugamani. Sarebbe bastato almeno un veloce riassetto con cambio asciugamani ogni 2 notti. 2) L'altra cosa che personalmente non sopporto è l'unione di 2 letti singoli per fare un matrimoniale perchè puntualmente i materassi si dividono e ci si ritrova a dormire nel mezzo di un grande buco. Sarebbe utile che le strutture albergjiere specificassero sempre, quando viene prenotata una camera matrimoniale, che il letto è composto dall'unione di 2. 3) Cuscini piccoli e ultra piatti. Abbiamo avuto anche qualche altro problena, tipo piatto doccia intasato e presa elettrica sotto il comodino non utilizzabile, ma il tecnico è intervenuto subito e sistemato i due problemi appena li abbiamo segnalati all'hotel.

The staff was nice, unfortunately that's the only positive thing to say.

No parking available, although mentioned in the hotel's facilities, dirty bed sheets, poor to non-operational wifi, mediocre breakfast. The apartment feels quite like a run down cash cow.

Wir haben mit der Familie inkl.Hund schon zweites Mal übernachtet, diesmal nur 1 Nacht mit Frühstück. Das Appartement war schön eingerichtet, bequem, sauber, genügend Platz für alles. Das Bett war auch sehr bequem. Die Zimmertemperatur war angenehm, als wir angekommen sind - im Januar. Das Hotelpersonal war wieder sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit. Neben dem Hotel gibt's eine sehr gute Konditorei und Eisdiele. In der Garage gab's genügend Platz für viele Autos.

Alles war in Ordnung.

L'impianto del riscaldamento non era funzionale alle dimensioni delle stanze.

Apartmán bol super veľký, mal všetko vybavenie a mal aj veľkú kúpeľňu. Raňajky boli par metrov v hlavnom hoteli a taktiež tam bola zastávka na bus do mesta. Aj pešo to bolo blízko. Výhoda bola aj podzemná garaz.

The location is acceptable, with a nearby bus stop that makes getting into the city relatively convenient. Unfortunately, that is the only positive. The value for money is extremely poor. At over €200 per night, this hotel is simply unacceptable. Breakfast is at a very low Italian standard: very limited selection and poor quality. While the room size itself is relatively large, it looks nothing like the photos. The facilities are old and worn out. The desk was unstable and shaking, the sofa bed made constant squeaking noises, the hairdryer was almost useless with barely any airflow, and there was no electric kettle. I also found hair on the blanket, and the pillows had an unpleasant smell. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Charging this price for such conditions feels misleading and unjustifiable. I would strongly advise avoiding this hotel.
