Apartman je prilično star i vidno dotrajao, što ostavlja utisak zapuštenosti. Nalazi se u odvojenoj zgradi u odnosu na hotel, pa je potrebno preći ulicu i prošetati do objekta od recepcije, što može biti nepraktično. Osoblje je ljubazno i korektno. Doručak je kontinentalni, ali bez posebnog izbora ili kvaliteta koji bi se izdvojio. Hotel je takođe poprilično udaljen od glavnog trga. Sve u svemu, objektu je potrebno ozbiljno renoviranje i značajna poboljšanja kako bi opravdao očekivanja gostiju.

Najviše mi je smetala posteljina. Poplun nije imao navlaku već lancun ispod što mi nije bilo ugodno i nije higijenski.
