"Settimana relax "

E' sicuramente un hotel a conduzione familiare ma ben tenuto e i proprietari simpatici e disponibili l'unico lato negativo la strada un po' stretta per raggiungere l'hotel ma è in un posto tranquillo ottimo per chi si vuole rilassare

"Middle of nowhere!!!"

The hotel was not in Riva del Garda as stated on Hotels.com. It is actually 9 miles out of Riva, up a very steep, narrow and windy road which we were nearly run off of!! There is nothing around the hotel at all to do, so you would need transport. The hotel owners spoke no English, the TV in the room didn't work and the pool was covered over even though the description on Hotels.com states that the pool is open seasonally, I think early August is peak season and expected the pool to be usable. We stayed one night only, we tried to explain to the owners why we wanted to leave and we contacted Hotels.com to explain. Neither was very helpful and we ended up having to pay for 4 nights, this money was taken automatically from my bank. At no point has anyone tried to contact me to apologise or explain which totally ruined our stay!! If you want to be totally isolated then the Rosalpina may suit you, the room was clean and the bed was comfy, however that is about all it has to offer I'm afraid.
