Vị trí khách sạn ở khu trung tâm Goreme, có tầm nhìn đẹp, khách sản ổn và rất phù hợp với giá tiền. Đầy đủ tiện nghi, dễ di chuyển đến các điểm ăn uống và khu du lịch. Đồ ăn sáng khá phong phú và có món mứt tự làm rất ngon. Mình đặt phòng cho 3 người và Khách sạn cho check-in muộn, phục vụ tốt, nhân viên cũng thân thiện.

Ngày đầu tiên đến phải chờ khá lâu mới có nước nóng. Những ngày sau thì ổn.

We stayed there in winter. The terrace is lovely, with beautiful views, and the breakfast is outstanding. The heating worked perfectly, and the room was very warm and comfortable.

Early checkin, location

Our stay at this hotel was truly disappointing. We only stayed one night and although we visited several hotels during our stay in Cappadocia, this was by far the worst. I had booked a room with a balcony (for an extra fee) but upon arrival we discovered that the balcony was actually part of the hotel bar - which was not mentioned in the description. The bar is right next to the room so guests sitting at the tables were literally looking in our window and with the door open you could see the bed and the bathroom. When we tried to use the terrace which was included in the price it was packed with tourists and there was nowhere to sit. The situation was made worse by the attitude of the staff. When we sat down at a vacant spot with typical Turkish seating (cushions etc.) we were told that this area was only for taking photos - we were not allowed to sit there even when ordering food or drinks. However, a few minutes later other guests sat there and the staff brought them the menu, drinks and food. This double standard was completely inappropriate. After notifying the staff, I was told that everything would be "resolved" and we were offered a small compensation. We eventually took advantage of this (we ordered two drinks in total), but we waited for more than half an hour for them. Moreover, upon departure, we were told that we had an unpaid bar bill - even though it was a compensation they themselves offered us! The noise from the bar continued until the night, and even after closing time someone was talking loudly on the balcony. I am very sorry about the whole experience, especially since it was a gift for my mom. I can recommend many other great hotels in Cappadocia (in Göreme, Çavuşin and the surrounding area), but this one is definitely not one of them. If I can warn others from a similar fiasco, then this review was worth it.
