Exceptional cleanliness! Beachfront property. I spent a few days there with my mother. Staff were very helpful, breakfast is a huge buffet with lots of choices. They even have gluten free options. The pool is great (it was cold in early April so didn’t use it).

No kettle in the room so had to ask for one. They immediately provided it.

The location of this hotel is excellent. Right on the beach, the cleanliness was superb.

Glasses in the room would be nicer than paper cups and a small table on the balcony could be useful.

Lo que menos me gustó la limpieza no era muy buena ,se veía el polvo y la ducha tampoco está en muy buen estado

La ubicación, las vistas, la comida.

Falta de útiles de aseo, como cepillo de dientes. Acceso al garaje.

Location was perfect. The view was perfect Easy to get a tram to Benidorm, Altea, Alicante, El Campello

We do not rate this as 4 star hotel. No tea/coffee making facilities in room, cheap plastic mattress protector made bed hot, no satellite TV, nothing in minibar (water only provided on first day), asked for packed lunch instead of breakfast on last day which was dismal and told "not allowed" a coffee. Best thing about hotel was location but they have become complacent about their standards.
