The Westin Porto de Galinhas, an All-Inclusive Resort

Amazing!! Only item was a funny smell from shower water.

Resort is in a great location and beautifully set out on the beach - Very close to the town centre and a beautiful stretch of the Pernambuco coastline. The food was great, staff were very helpful and the spa facilities/gym are very good for a hotel. All round great service and would definitely return.

Boa noite. Na verdade nos sentimos enganados pela propaganda da área de lazer do hotel. A piscina da propaganda, da publicidade do hotel NÃO EXISTE! Eles mostram uma piscina QUE NÃO TEM. A piscina está em reforma e a "piscina grande" é pequena, feia e sem atrativo. Eu e a minha família ficamos frustrados com o hotel por conta disso. Decepção!

This hotel, listen to this, charges beach/pool towels!!!! What??? A resort behaving like a hostel. Weird thing.

Property is excellent over all. Staff very helpful all the time, especially manager Liscio whom I'd like to thank for making our stay the best he could. Food is great! We got an update room in the new building thanks to Mr Liscio, rooms are wonderful. Only thing to improve may be some amenities regarding rainy days, such as indoor games or stuff like that. All in all, great price, great hotel, of corse I wil be staying again next time!

What I liked? - The hotel is awesome. - Love the pool, the restaurants, the decorations, and the environment in general. Points to improve - The Hotel is dead at night, there is nothing going on by the pool and beach. - The restaurant could have more options in the menu. - I booked a room for 3 people, however, the room had only towel for 2 people. Problem was solved by requesting extra towel. I believe that the details matter, if the room was booked for 3 people, then please provide 3 towels right away (without waiting for the guest to request it). - We a little incident that was solved but it is worth it mention. When I checked in the person helping me informed that guests would wear green bands whereas visitors would wear yellow bands. She even put a yellow band on my friend who drove me to the hotel. She said he could use the external areas normally as a visitor. When he came to pick us up one day before the check out day (I had to leave earlier for my flight), the other person who was in the reception (who was rude by the way) was resistant to allow my friend in. According to her, visitors are not allowed (which contradicts what the person in the Check-in informed me earlier). That was a very inconvenient situation as my friend drove 1 hour to the hotel.

It's a great and beautiful place. However there's a part under construction and noisy. The barman named Jose is the best and kindest person in the hotel. Everybody likes him including me. One thing I'd recommend is the atmosphere music they play at their lounge and dining room. Althought is a nice music, it doea not fit for the place. The hotel should think on soft and regional music that will enhance the atmosphere of the place for sure!

The hotel is undergoing renovations however I was placed in a room that was dingy and worn out. The buffet was good-enough food for everyone. The pool was nice-nothing spectacular. The location on the beach was fabulous! Taxi recommended by hotel was very expensive.

The pictures we see in the website completely don't reflect how it is. There is rust in the refrigerator, door lock, shower wasn't working properly. Old furniture. etc
