"Hotel Casa Manzella"

Owners are very accommodating, rooms are great and close to the airport. Would not want to stay in the area other than for a early morning flight

"Hotel fine, noisy area"

This hotel was selected because of a 0630 flight out of Palermo airport. Loud music and talking in the area all night long even as my wife and I were walking to our car at 0430. Hotel was fine just the area prevented us from getting any sleep prior to a long flight home to NY/JFK airport.

"Charming hotel close to Palermo airport"

The owner's warm welcome set the tone for our stay , which was very pleasant.Close to the airport yet situated in a little village near the sea, there were great restaurants - we ate at Arabesque, and small shops. Suggest that one parks in the surrounding streets as via Madonie is a walkway leading to the main square.

"Double booked"

We arrived in early June to find our booking of 2 double rooms had been mixed up and there were no rooms available. The owner managed to find us 2 rooms in another hotel, but this was inferior, so not a good start to our holiday.

"Great Place!"

This was a great place to stay. Everything was clean, the people were friendly. Bed was comfortable. Nice breakfast. No complaints!!

"Don't stay here"

We arrived around 2:30 pm, in the pouring rain, and the hotel was completely locked up. We rang the buzzer several times, but no one answered. Another guest at the hotel happened by and let us in. The entire hotel was completely dark, with no one in site. The location was sketchy - at best. It is in a dark cul de sac, which is very hard to locate. We left and found other accomodations. THEN, they had the nerve to notify us that they were trying to put through a "no show" charge. THAT was easily taken care of with the credit card company. Arrivedercci!
