shower hot and pressure good. bed firm and comfortable.

pillows and sheets had hairs on them, towels were old, thread bare and felt like carpet, had dirty marks and stains on the surface, so they had not been washed, tried to get them replaced, but the only staff on site did not speak english. clumps of dirt on the carpet, so no vacuuming. air con needed filters cleaned, did not work properly. should i go on ?
