Coastal Waters Inn

The location was good but could be a little more maintained.

We booked in early February and was never informed that the beach was undergoing maintenance so our beachfront rental wasn’t so “beachy”. Upon check-in, we noticed that there was no extra toilet paper. There was no paper towels, and there is no tissues in our room. We also requested some batteries for the TV controller, which we never got either.

The place was basically a dump with not services. Not worth the $200.

AI check in - not customer friendly (no staff). This should be mentioned prior to booking. Additional deposit required prior to receiving codes to lobby and room. Which required additional CC info then used on booking.com. Small parking lot. No beach for 2026

The size of the room was great! Spacious and living area was larger than expected. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen was efficient with everything you need.

Very disappointed that there was no elevator and had to climb three steps of steep stairs. I have issues with stairs and trying to climb them, especially with luggage, etc was difficult. I had initially requested 1st floor accommodations; however, when discussing with property, since I went through a third party, they stated that I had requested that room, which I had not (how would I even know a room number or where it was located). The staff tried to help but since it was last minute they supposedly could not accommodate with a first floor. Older hotel so some things were not up to par, but not horrible. And beach was shut down, did not know this.

The room was clean, and it seemed that most of the rooms , including ours, were updated and very cute and beachy. The pool area was clean and the pool looked nice(it was quite cold and did not use it. The property looked to need some maintenance . Location to the beach was awesome and very close to chase beach bar . Also, it was quiet overall at night

The room was very tight and small . We knew it was a 2 queen suite , but it was quite cozy. The shower was very nice, but also smalll. Good thing we are not bigger people . The bed ( both of them) were very soft.
