Location is great - directly on beach; plus a pool. Suite was comfortable with adequate furnishings.

Not especially clean. Property is run down. Repairs are needed.

We reserved room an hour before getting there They are not equipped for short term reservations No one at desk and no one answered phone I received an email fifteen minutes after my call with minimal instructions on check in process No code to access building and once another guest arrived he gave us access. Then we could not access lockbox to room probably because combination was wrong so we left at 1am and drove home Looking for refund on CC.

The room was very nice, had everything we needed and the beds were so comfy 😊

No ports for charging the phone and a full size mirror, but them are so minor. Overall it was a nice stay

The location was great for beach front. Steps to the ocean and a nice sparkling swimming pool.

First, I want to say that the host was very responsive, friendly, and seemed genuinely accommodating throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the property itself was a completely different experience. The bathroom was disappointing from the start. The shower was dirty upon arrival, with hair left behind from previous guests. It was extremely small, and the rainfall shower head was mounted so high on the ceiling that there was virtually no water pressure. If you have thick hair, good luck getting shampoo rinsed out. The bedroom raised several concerns as well. The ground-level window had a window A/C unit installed, which didn’t feel very secure considering the sidewalk was directly outside and people could easily see into the room. The bed was not clean, the sheets had brown stains on them, and the bed skirt was hanging off and visibly filthy. There was also a large hole underneath the electrical panel box in the bedroom, which looked very unprofessional and unfinished. The front door had a noticeable gap even when shut and locked, which made me feel uneasy, especially at night it had lots of play in the door. I could move it back and forth with the lock secured. Safety was already a concern, and that feeling was reinforced when two people got into a screaming fight right outside our door on the pool deck during one late evening of our stay around 1am. Noise was another major issue. Being in a ground-floor unit, we could hear absolutely everything from the guests above us and next door, including conversations, footsteps, and televisions late into the night. Cleanliness throughout the property was clearly lacking. During our three-day stay, I watched cleaning staff enter and exit other units in less than 5–10 minutes, which explained a lot. The entire building is in desperate need of a facelift and a very thorough deep cleaning.

We liked being able to watch people, cars, surf kiters.

Couch was too low- very difficult to get up from. Window to see out to beach was almost unusable. Sand, salt encrusted on the exterior. Please clean at least for the 1st day of a rental . Thank you.

I like the location

I didn’t like the code system they have, not always working clearly, they need either to improve it or hire staff for communication. And also the AC inside the room was super noisy.

Nothing. The place is not as pictured. The room was distrusting, AC didn’t work, dirty bed, dirty floors, dirty counter tops and drawers, bugs everywhere. Me and my family had to book somewhere else because nothing was fixed. Also no refund. DO NOT BOOK THIS ROOM!!!

I did not like nothing from the property. Everything was old, rotten, wood, rotten floors rust everywhere the resort look rundown.
