I liked the price and location

The place is far worse than the pictures suggest. It is very bad accommodations. The beds were very uncomfortable. The place was very unclean (lots of stains on bed, sheets, and comforter). Permanent tenants in downstairs were arguing and loud.

Despite previous reviews, all necessary surfaces were clean. I checked sheets, boxspring, sink, tub and tabletop with a flashlight within 5 minues of arrival. All freshly cleaned. Owner was responsive when I called about non-functional TV at 9:30 at night. Came right up, adjusted box (behind dresser) and voila- cable TV. Easy to get to.

Carpets throughout need replaced, and entry way to hotel does smell funny - really bad actually. But I was on top floor and only there for 10 hours a night, for two nights and it wasn't noticable once I closed the door.
