The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They were friendly and efficient even though they were extremely busy. The pool and hot tub areas were nice and clean. The suite we stayed in had a great layout. The breakfast was well stocked and diverse. I wish we could have stayed a bit longer to be honest.

Loved this hotel and staff. Great amenities with indoor pool, hot tub, breakfast, fitness center and 2 BR SUITE. It was very clean and well updated. Tyler at the front desk was absolutely fantastic! So friendly, nice and a pleasure meeting him. He is an asset and should be commended for his excellent customer service.

"Nice property close to everything."

We are local to this hotel and will stay every now and then just to get away. Hotel is very nice. Suite like rooms. Hotel is always very clean and very comfortable. The one thing that made us lower our rating this time was they have started charging for parking three dollars a night. Don’t understand the need for this considering the hotel is not sharing a lot with other properties not located in town Plenty of places for people to park.

We travel from GA to KY for Christmas and family birthdays every spring in Dec, Jan and March and we always book the same hotel the last couple years. The rooms with the kitchenettes are nice with the pullout couch for our family of four. The heated pool and hot tub are a must at the end of the night. Breakfast is great and staff is always welcoming.

Everything was very clean. The toilet was slow filling between flushes. I mentioned it to the front desk on our way out and it was fixed when we returned. Breakfast was fairly plentiful, but appeared to be prepackaged and heated in a microwave resulting in everything being rubbery or dried out. Fortunately, my husband and I aren't that insistent on having breakfast included.

Room could have been cleaner only complaint, mirrors were dirty and there was a hair in our sink as soon as we got there, perfect other than the cleaning could be a little better
