"Very Good"

Clean and good location

The main reason I chose there was the indoor pool. The pool was closed for repairs. They offered passes to the YMCA. But, the attendant told me they would honor us and the 3 grandchildren that were coming to visit. However the next day when I went to get the passes, another attendant said “no ma’am” we will only let you have the passes for registered guests only. Extremely disappointed.

Location, friendly staff and breakfast

Mattress too hard, there is a gap in door you can see hallway. The couch cushions needed cleaning.

Clean. Comfortable. Good location. Large room. Breakfast was pretty good.

The pool was closed - our grandchildren were very disappointed. And the bar was closed due to illness of the bartender. Should have had a backup

"Just wonderful!"

We really enjoyed our stay. The suite was huge, even bigger than we expected and a great value for the price. Bed was nice and comfy. Loved the aquarium in the lobby! The breakfast area was big enough not to feel crowded even though there were quite few guests there. LOVE their toiletries, so much that I actually ordered some of their lotion and shampoo when we got back home.

At the time we visited they were out of diet soft drinks in the little store in the lobby. Definitely not a dealbreaker and they said it was an issue with their supplier. Otherwise we loved the place and will definitely stay there again!

We did not have breakfast. We loved the option though and the open bar at night too. The location was perfect. We were able to get to everything we want in less than 10 minutes.

Could have a bell at the front to bring someone to the desk to check people in. But, I called and he came right out.
