Lo mejor el personal,la ludoteca les encantó a los niños , las vistas y el sitio son una pasada

Lo peor algunas personas por la noche no dejan dormir a los demás y la comida es para el típico turista europeo, se echa en falta comida española. El baño necesita una reforma ,se moja todo cuando te duchas

Przestronne pokoje, dostep do aquaparku, dobre jedzenie. Fajne miejsce z wieczorną rozrywką (automaty, bilard, kręgle, wieczorne show). Nie można się było nudzić. Cudowny ogród z roślinnością na przyjemne spacery.

Słaba plaża, płatny parking i chodzenie naokoło do parkingu, jednokierunkowy dojazd i wyjazd z Taurito.

Ideal location: the hotel is located in the quiet bay of Taurito on the island of Gran Canaria. Gorgeous views: almost all rooms offer panoramic ocean views. 💦 Free water park: Hotel guests have free use of the water slides of the Lago Taurito complex. The pools in the water park are filled with purified salt water. It is never difficult to find a free sun lounger at the water park pools during peak hours. 🍽️. The variety of dishes is lacking. Spacious rooms: The rooms are large, perfect for families of 3-4. Tired interior: Language barrier: Children's entertainment is mainly conducted in English and German.

Meals (All Inclusive): The food is high-quality, no one will go hungry. But the problem is that for two weeks everything was monotonous The furniture and fixtures are old, and the hotel needs cosmetic renovations. Cleaning: Basic and superficial; sometimes the maids forget to replenish the soap supply.

Estaba limpio ,el personal amable y las habitaciones eran grandes con una muy buena terraza

Los ascensores estaban estropeados la gran parte del tiempo y la cama no me pareció nada comoda

La position géographique de l’hôtel était bonne, surtout pour les enfants, à côté de aqua park et des activités du soir (trampoline, maison de boules, mini dico etc..)

Le personnel très non chaland surtout une dame à la réception. La nourriture pas ouf… L’eau désalée horrible… Il faut acheter ses propres bouteilles d’eau si vous voulez boire quelque chose. On a réserver un all inclusive mais c’était loin d’être vraiment tout compris… Les voisins du dessus nous balançaient leurs cigarette sur notre balcon, les ascenseurs étaient tous le temps en panne, on devait prendre les escaliers avec nos deux filles et la poussette. C’était vraiment fatiguant, décevant et on étaient même plutôt en colère de toute cette situation… Nous avons fait exprès de prendre l’avion au plus tard le dernier jour de notre réservation pour pouvoir profiter de toute la journée mais au contraire, comme c’était notre journée de check-out, l’hôtel nous a tout bloqué…

A Localização muito boa. Muito animação , lojas de souvenires, o aquapark. O staff é muito simpático e mantém sempre os espaços limpos.

O que não gostei foi o facto dos elevadores estarem sempre com problemas, muitas vezes estavam avariasdos na hora de maior fluxo.

The room was good. The food was good and the pool where ok . The staff was ok

The lift didn’t work most of they time … the place needs some work … the rest is ok
