Hotel LIVVO Lago Taurito & Aquapark

La ubicación es muy buena. El acceso al parque acuático está muy bien. La relación calidad-precio la cumplió sobradamente. La amplia terraza con vistas al mar y al valle también está muy bien.

Considero que tienen que revisar los ascensores. La comida también tiene margen de mejora.

Lo más que nos gustó fue el parque acuático, que es externo y el paseo en la puerta del hotel con algunas tiendas

Nos pusieron en la habitación 901, en la novena planta, casi todos los ascensores estaban estropeados, y el que no, tenía etiqueta desfavorable por fallos grabes.... varias veces tuvimos que bajar y subir por la escalera hasta la novena planta con dos niños, y el último día bajar todas las maletas por las escaleras... El bufete muy escaso, es la primera ves que vemos en un hotel que no hagan tortillas francesa al momento o creps, no había para poder calentar el pan, solo para calentar tostadas.

We feel it is important to say from the outset that the facilities at Livvo Lago Taurito appear to be in a noticeably neglected condition. Although the staff were friendly and professional throughout our stay, there is a clear lack of care and responsibility from the company managing the hotel. During the days we stayed with our family, the lifts were out of order. Having to walk up seven floors repeatedly while on holiday was extremely inconvenient. When we asked about this, we were told it was an issue that had to be resolved by the lift maintenance company, which did not make the situation any easier for guests. The food was included, but the variety was rather limited and did not meet expectations for an all-inclusive stay. Evening entertainment was particularly disappointing. Only one night featured a magician who somewhat saved the situation. On another occasion, we experienced what can only be described as a very poor “Lion King” performance by the hotel’s animation team, which was frankly quite difficult to watch. Additionally, in the evenings, there were suspicious individuals along the walkway leading to the beach who appeared to be involved in drug dealing, which made us feel uncomfortable. It is a shame, as the hotel clearly has great potential, but it currently feels neglected and poorly maintained.

Value for the price offered

No shower gel, soap only. Poor food choice and quality. Too noisy as the hotel is aimed for families with kids. Locker for an additional price.

Rude staff, specially Abel Montenegro from the bar, extremely unprofessional and aggressive, Cockroaches everywhere including the restaurant, basic amenities like a room safe and a kettle require daily payments, an umbrella and sunbed require daily payments, waterslides were not working, drinks are not allowed on the big pool and of course you have to pay inside, even the pool towel requires a deposit, and if i wanna change it to get a new towel you need to pay. Ceilings are leaking rain water and the solution is buckets all over the place, pool bar not working in order to get a drink you have to go all the way to the reception bar. One of the greediest most unprofessional and ugly stays I have ever had.
