Me gustó casi todo,el personal tanto como de la recepción y el del servicio ,muy amables y atentos. La habitación limpia y calidad precio bien

Lo único por decía algo lav cerradura de la habitación costaba un poco al abrirla y el pasillo algo antiguo

Гарний затишний номер є все необхідне 5 хвилин до океану.В готелі є пральня затишний внутрішний двір поряд багато кафе є 2 продуктових магазина та смачні сніданки -шведський стіл в кафе на теріторіі готелю кімнати спілкування затишна бібліотека.Все сподобалось.Планую подорож в осени. Буду моніторити наявність міст в цому готелі.

"Muy buen lugar para vacacionar"

El personal es muy amable, la atención en todo momento fue muy buena, te ayudan a resolver dudas y te dan información valiosa. Limpieza a diario. La ubicación es completamente céntrica, está ubicado en el el corazón de Puerto de la Cruz, desde donde puedes ir caminando a cualquier lugar de la zona. Cerca hay supermercados, farmacias y restaurantes

La habitación está bien pero tiene algunos desperfectos como el mueble del lavabo que no cierran bien las gavetas, la barandilla de la terraza tiene zonas en las que está cuarteada la pared. Algunos de estos desperfectos pueden incluso ser peligrosos como por ejemplo, un desnivel en el suelo del baño justo frente al lavabo (al menos la que me tocó a mí)
