Las Ventanas al Paraiso, A Rosewood Resort

Some of the staff are friendly. However the operations, sucks badly. There's endless waiting. Rosewood, or maybe it's Cabos in general, style too nickle and dime customers at everywhere they can.... Food sucks, basically it's over priced American at 10x LA prices in a place where labor costs 1/10 of LA.... Try 3 mini taco with no condiment for $30? Yeah, that's standard here at rosewood. 2x ice cream bar for $19? Yup you got the idea. 2nd time in Cabo, thought I didn't go a good enough hotel first time. mistake. Never coming back to Cabo or rosewood in general.

We had a wonderful time at Las Ventanas! We have followed their account on instagram for over two years and finally got the opportunity to go, and it was definitely worth the anticipation. The facilities are first class and the people are amazing. They treat you like royalty as soon as you step on property. Our butlers, primarily Cristian, Mayra and Eduardo, were always available to help with any request. Stefania always greeted us with a smile at the Ocean Grill, and Octavio and Nelson took great care of us at the Oasis pool. Melissa was very attentive at the spa, and our romance package massage was truly an amazing experience. We had the unique opportunity to see the property when things took a turn for the unexpected as Hurricane Kay approached Cabo. I believe this is where we saw the people behind Las Ventanas truly shine. Everyone worked hard to ensure our safety and comfort as disaster approached. The venues may have changed but they made sure everyone had a good time and had a safe residence or was able to return home safely. They made it look easy to run a five star resort when the weather is nice, but providing that experience in a tropical storm is what convinced us that we will definitely come back again. Make sure you plan to spend plenty of money while you’re there. You will pay a premium for everything, but you do get what you pay for. The food all around was amazing. To Whom It May Concern,` First and foremost, I must say that this is by far the most beautiful resort that my family and I have ever visited. Words cannot do it any justice because one must witness this paradise in person in order to fully appreciate its beauty and tranquility. It was my daughter’s ninth birthday and we were celebrating this joyous occasion. Upon arrival, my daughter was greeted with Mariachi; a virgin frozen margarita; and a prop cake. This came as a surprise; however, the presentation was spectacular. Our family was greeted by Waldo, who exhibited a such positive energy and vibes. Upon completion of the introduction to the resort, Waldo directed us to Mayra, our Butler, who then provided us with a tour of the resort and guided us to our room. Mayra went above and beyond the scope of her duties to ensure that we were aware of the array of amenities and services readily available at the resort. I regret not booking more nights here; however, I am pleased with this experience and am happy to share it with others. If you want an extraordinary experience and make some amazing memories, this is the place for you. I rate this property and the staff five stars and if I could give a higher rating I would. God willing, we will be back soon.

Best hotel I have experienced in Mexico, and everyone was so kind, patient and adorable, the massage was also the best I have ever had in my whole life !!! I would definitely go back again! And the food was amazing, , spectacular view, and the most friendly staff ever!!!!

I have traveled all over the world and have stayed at many resorts but I have never felt so relaxed and at peace. Paradise at it’s finest. Exceptional.
