Hilton Garden Inn Venice Mestre

As with many reviewers, we finished a cruise in Trieste and had a flight out of Venice Marco Polo a day later. I’m a long time HH member and this was an easy and reasonably priced book. Cab from Venice central train station to the hotel was 17€. Hotel is modern and has a beautiful pool. We didn’t use that nor the restaurants. We scheduled an early 7am shuttle to the airport for an 10:30 flight. Plenty of time. The hotel will also sell you transport tix for Venice. The public bus and water bus passes are a great easy to navigate way to do a day trip into Venice. We had dinner in Venice, hopped the bus back, a great night sleep and an easy transfer to the airport.

Ich möchte nochmals betonen, dass das Garden Hotel gut ist, sich in einer guten Lage befindet und das Personal sehr freundlich ist.

Leider gibt es einige Mängel, für die weder das Reinigungspersonal noch das Rezeptionspersonal verantwortlich ist. Für diese Mängel ist der für den Zustand der Zimmer zuständige Administrator verantwortlich. 1. Die rote Wand am Kopfende des Bettes und hinter den Lampen darüber ist sehr staubig. 2. Im Badezimmer gibt es keine Belüftung. 3. Das Wasser in der Dusche läuft langsam ab und bildet eine Pfütze auf dem Badezimmerboden.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, insbesondere am Empfang. Die Zimmer sind okay. Frühstück ist okay, könnte aber besser sein. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass es einen großen Pool gibt und auch ausreichend Liegen vorhanden sind.

Die Kaffeetassen sind sehr klein und alles, ob Cafe crema, Americano oder Latte macchiato muss in die kleinen Minitassen. Der Wellness-Bereich ist von einem privaten Unternehmen geführt. Auch für einen Saunagang muss man extra zahlen.

Удобное расположение, рядом остановка автобуса, до старой Венеции 15 мин. Просторный, комфортабельный номер, удобный матрац, подушки. Есть гладильная доска , утюг, сейф. Завтрак отличный! Есть спа зона с адекватными для Европы ценами- массаж 1 час стоит 75 евро. Большая зона отдыха у бассейна, удобные лежаки, пункт выдачи полотенец, бар у бассейна.

Холодная вода в бассейне. Было бы здорово, если был подогрев. В номере не было тапочек и халатов, что странно для отеля 4*. Не было ни одного русскоговорящего канала по ТВ.

Odanın büyüklüğünü, temizliğini sevdim. Kahvalti çesitligini sevdim. Resepsiyondan otobüs bilet satışını kolaylık sağlıyor.

Otelin konumu merkeze uzak, otobüs sefer saatlerinde gecikme olunca beklemek gerekiyor. Zaman kaybı yaratıyor. Havuz kenarına misafir girişinin sınırlı olması, kullanımı kısıtlıyor.
