Radisson Blu Marina Hotel Connaught Place

Had a great experience at Radisson Blu. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks to Neetu, Sanjeev, Vijendra, and Daulat from the Security team for their excellent service, professionalism, and warm hospitality.

Wifi was not working, But Neetu helped me to get this issue resolved

The room and breakfast were great - no need to change a thing. But what Really made the stay exceptional was the staff. Neetu at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. When I checked in, I was having knee pain and the lift was closed for a few hours for maintenance. Usually not a big deal to take a few flights of steps but I was really not ok. Neetu noticed I was having a hard time and did everything she could to make sure I was comfortable, had everything I needed, and check in a few times to make sure I was doing better. It really was like having a family member jump in to help. How kind! So - Neetu made my visit a relaxing time - and I ended up staying a few more nights because of her help, and dear and helpful room maintenance worker, Sarabjeet, and the great breakfast staff (Simon and Vrda). Thanks to all - I’ll be back!

Location is very convenient n staffs in the front office are very helpful especially Chanu n Himanshu .

Comfortable and relaxing in a great location for wandering around and enjoying the Delhi energy.

大人3人で宿泊の為、ダブルベッド1台、シングルベッド1台で条件だったので予約したにも関わらず、実際はシングルベッド2台でした。フロントに連絡したところ、そのままでもいいかと言われ、さすがにシングルベッド2台に大人3人は休めないので、それは困ると言いました。簡易ベッドを持ってくるのに相当待ってもこないので、私達は荷物を整理することもできず、ずいぶん待ちました。いい加減しびれを切らして再度フロントに連絡しベッドを持ってきてもらいました。 ブッキングコムさんの条件いい加減ではないでしょうか。シングルベッド2台での支払いで良かったのではないですか？問題ありです。 タオル類も2名分しかありませんでした。 それから、テーブルの上に、プチケーキ類のお菓子が置いてありましたが、ラップも蓋もない為、ホコリがしてるので、手をつけませんでした。 せっかく用意してもらっても事前準備ができていないので、勿体無いですね。 条件が違う為返金をしてほしいです。 5/4にも同じホテルに宿泊していますが、その時は4名で条件にあっていましたし、特に問題もなかったので再度5/6に宿泊したのですが、残念です。 また、別日に、身に覚えのない請求があり問い合わせしていますが、途中から全く連絡がなく約二週間が過ぎています。とても不愉快です。
