Club Wyndham Branson at The Falls

i thought the price was great for the location and the room.

The bed was a hida bed and was absolutely horrible. hit my knee on the corner of the bed twice , it was uncomfortable, made noises everytime we moved and was in the dead center of the room. I won't stay at Wyndam again because of it.

The facilities looked nice. Laundry in the unit, nice kitchenette.

The walls were paper thin, bed uncomfortable, I couldn’t find parking and had to walk a long distance to the room.

Nothing about the stay.

Booked a king bed with balcony got a queen Murphy bed and a tiny room with no balcony. Between the staff and the booking co I was bait and switched on rooms and im not OK with that. I will be contacting the MO attorney general on Monday if my money isbt either refunded or we get a comp 2 night stay for the bs involved in this stay
