Location was amazing, right in the City Center, nice room with good facilities, good size and good to use. Very friendly atmosphere.

Some things: Bathrooms are very hard to get into the shower as it is a bathtub which is very high and there is not much space around it, that should be done better, the couch and chair was not good anymore, needs replacement and the water in the pool was only 21 degrees, which is not warm enough for swimming.

Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und das Personal super nett und Hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr Zentral für Hafen, Reeperbahn, Shoppen u.s.w. Die Zimmer haben vollkommen entsprochen.

Die Zimmerreinigung hat Luft nach oben.
