Tolle Lage! Laufnähe zu Landungsbrücken und Miniatur Wunderland. Geräumiges Zimmer bzw. Apartment. Ideal mit Kind. Pool ist auch toll mit Kind.

Ausstattung nicht mehr ganz up to date. Durchgesessenes Couch und Stühle. Keine schöne Lobby. Zimmerreinigung nur alle drei Tage.

Super Lage, Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer sind gross wenn man mit Kind dort ist. Wir finden es super Zentral und waren schon oft dort. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke. Kinder bis 7 Jahren sind kostenlos 👍🏼. Man kann mit dem Kinderwagen oder Buggy in das Apartment. Haben dieses Jahr das erste Mal den Pool genutzt, mit unserem kleinen Sohn. Funktionierte alles wunderbar. Das einzige was absolut Horror war, sind die Tauben im Hof. Unser Balkon war nicht zu gebrauchen, da er von oben bis unten vollgeschissen war. Mussten unseren Sohn ständig die Balkontüre vor der Nase zuschliessen. Das Problem haben alle im Hof. Das sollte man schnell lösen, vor allem bei 4Sternen und dem Preis.

Der Balkon war absolut Horror und die nervigen Taubengeräusche

Super zentrale Lage um alle interessanten Hamburg Plätze zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Wir hatten ein Studio zum Innenhof . Sehr ruhig und gemütlich mit Balkon . Haben uns selbst versorgt, Bäcker, Netto um die Ecke.

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse und ist trotzdem sehr zentral. Unser Appartement war sehr großzügig und super ausgestattet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, an der Rezeption haben wir super Tipps erhalten. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und lecker. Die Betten sind super. Alles in Allem ein tolles Hotel, sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Dusche ist in die Badewanne integriert. Leider ist die Badewanne auch auf der Seite der Dusche abgeschrägt, so dass man sich nicht direkt unter den Brausekopf stellen kann. Beim Ausstieg aus der Wanne wäre ein zusätzlicher Haltegriff hilfreich. Ansonsten war alles top!

Die Größe , Ausstattung und Lage des Appartements sind sehr gut. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr geräumig und hell. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man fußläufig viele Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Einzig die Qualität des Sofas ließ zu wünschen übrig. Das dürfte ausgetauscht werden.
