The attention to detail was incredible. We were on our honeymoon, and definitely got the honeymoon treatment. All the facilities were great, and Jeff’s Cellar was such a unique experience and definitely the highlight of our trip. Thanks to all the staff for being so hospitable, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Our 4D3N stay at The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat was incredibly relaxing. The villas are spacious, private, and beautifully designed, surrounded by lush greenery and limestone hills which create a peaceful, almost surreal atmosphere. The geothermal hot springs and overall environment make it easy to truly unwind. Service was warm, attentive, and consistent throughout, the team made us feel very well taken care of.

We experienced a small issue in the Lake Villa where opening the balcony doors would automatically switch off the air conditioning and required manual resetting each time. Although maintenance attended promptly, it couldn’t be fully resolved. However, the team handled it very well and upgraded us to a Water Villa, which we appreciated.
