Breakfast was so so. Don’t care for “chicken sausage”. Beds were horrible for the rooms to be to be renovated. Mattress on sleeper sofa was disgustingly it was filthy and OLD. no padding to it. The king size mattress was lumpy and sagging. Not comfortable at all. The light sockets next to the beds you can’t even plug in phone chargers at they fall out and wouldn’t charge phones

"The stay was good, but booking the room through Booking.com on the other hand was horrible."

Was not good

I did not like that I could not cancel one night due to emergency. The Hotel told me that I could not check on Oct. 25, 2025. I do understand your policies about cancellation, but in my case it was an emergency. I will never again book a room through Booking.com.
